March marks the quarter point of 12x2011 with The Western Way. This song got a very late start, with most of the writing, recording, and all of the mixing done in the last week of the month (gotta get going sooner). But, it did all get done by the time April rolled in.
For better or worse, the time constraints probably left this song in a different state than what might have otherwise been. There are still some ideas floating around, so it might be one to revisit down the line. For now, it's time to keep on rollin'.
